Decent salary for the valley, and there are some fun people who work here (depending on the department of course)
Cons
Leadership takes an unbelievable amount of time to make simple decisions The work is often thankless. Stellar jobs are rarely recognized as such (only met with "didn't you do better?") The company strongly encourages working ridiculous hours, and far too much value is placed in quantity of work instead of quality of work.
