Pros
The place is well kept. There isn't anything nasty about the aesthetics of the place. Free shelf is nice, and there are a few people that genuinely want to make the place better. Its also very easy to get a job at the warehouse because people come and go offend. Its great as an entry level place. But nothing you'd want to spend forever at.
Cons
Although the aesthetics are nice. The shelfs can use some work. Either from inventory putting items in wrong locations or lazy pickers at the end of the day putting items wherever to go home. Free shelf is nice. But only for the first few times. After that. The items are just sort of whatever. (unless you use them. Then it's actually a pretty good deal.) The favoritism at this place is horrendous though. With some warehouse associates never doing much work besides walking and talking to whomever they want. They've also went on and fired a few key people. Which has prompted most of us to believe we are expendable to the management. This had lead to nearly everyone with potential to want to leave. Whenever a concern is brought up it is meet with either a treat of termination, or silenced with quick empty responces. The lack of promotions within the warehouse is very fortelling of how the management see its associated. With black friday / cyber monday on the horizon. Its not looking great for the warehouse. With nearly no management and half the staff is new. Its very foreboding.
