      Came into a strong company, now moral is low

      Pros

      New CEO has drive for change to make the company better than it is. 401k match is better than any other company I know

      Cons

      Moral is low and employees do not have the same drive as it did a year ago. Loss of VPs have worried employees about their own jobs and a lot are leaving on their own to pursue their positions at another company.

      Pros

      The only pros are the benefits. Great benefits for payment and enjoyment

      Cons

      The company does not care about the details. As long as the LCPO is "low" they are happy. Unfortunately, this leads to a manifold of problems to build up and explode in their face and make it more difficult to keep the LCPO at the same level.

      Pros

      Got to work on some really interesting projects in a usually fun environment. The last year lots of improvements on the engineering side of things.

      Cons

      My experience has pretty much been in line with other reviews on here. Management and execs are the biggest problems this company has.
