      Pros

      Good people, fun environment, flexible if you earn it by performing and producing. Plenty of opportunity to advance and grow if you're willing to bust it out.

      Cons

      Engineering is sometimes considered a necessary evil to support/accommodate marketing or some other upstairs department. Management often likes to change things in significant ways in the middle of major projects.

      Pros

      Awesome culture. Trusting environment until you show you can't be trusted. Super smart and highly skilled coworkers. Great work life balance as no more regularly working 50+ hour weeks. Top of the line in-house gym.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy with limited room for advancement. Quick to fire or lay people off, have seen more people fired than everywhere else I have worked combined.

      Very face paced and exiting place with very smart and easygoing people.

      Cons

      Very few, but benefits are so so, the pay is average, which attracts more entry level tallent, which the expectations are to attract seniors.
