Pros
Fun work environment. Monthly corporate luncheons with great food from local catering companies. Agile mindset throughout the entire company. Get to work with latest technology. Opportunities to move to different roles in the company. They live what they sell - the fitness lifestyle. Service awards employees will actually use (bb.com hands out Amazon gift cards as opposed to pens or other corporate-branded items that get hidden in a closet).
Cons
Work-life balance is not good in some, but not all, departments. Some teams work Christmas and New Year's holidays each year to meet Jan 1 deadlines. People seem to be fired/let go for small things - great employee with outstanding performance reviews for 3+ years is quickly fired after transferring to new supervisor. HR needs to enforce the rules around inappropriate workplace behavior.
