I dont think there was any pros.

Cons

My time at BoConcept was the worst professional experience I’ve had. The management not only micromanages every detail and talks to employees in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, but I also witnessed unethical practices, including stealing. It was a toxic, high-pressure environment where integrity and employee well-being were clearly not a priority. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

If you hit your target the bonus is good, no late hours.

Cons

Be ready to not progress, progression is so difficult in the Scotland branch as they don't help you at all with it.
