Pros

There is a sense of family between the organization as well as among the stores. The company culture was very strong, but has eroded greatly the past few years.

Cons

The headquarter has distanced themselves from the stores, not seeing them as partners anymore. There seem to be a lot of animosity between the danish hq and the stores, with the US corporate staff caught in the middle.
