Intersting products, nice shop and good level of sales. In the Marbella franchise honest and regular on payments

Cons

Not nice when dealing with shopping centre opening hours. Because of the shifts not easy to bond with your colleagues

Pros

If you get a big project - great! You'll be flavour of the month and hit your targets. If not you're scrabbling for crumbs in the gutter.

Cons

Always working weekends - really bad work-life balance. Having to constantly chase people for a sale even when they say no. No career progression in the showrooms. You have to literally fight your lovely colleagues for leads. Emails and passive aggressive messages from manager on your days off. If you want a sales assistant then don't advertise for a qualified design role - this is what they actually want.
