Business Outlook
Pros
The people are great - I've never worked on a better team. Coworkers are genuinely nice and eager to help. Everyone pitches in to get things done. The overall skillsets and creativity of the employees are staggering.
Cons
Consistent with other large companies, it is hard to effectuate change. To do so requires persistence and and sensitivity to the larger whole and building a solid case with analysis of pros and cons before any endeavor is taken seriously. Unfortunately not everyone has the time nor resources to devote to this which introduces a high barrier in turning a great idea into reality.
