Pros
Genuinely the best work environment I've ever had. Even though it's not viewed as being as big as Pixar, being the only East Coast studio meant that BSS had some of the best talent in the industry and you learn a lot working here.
Cons
Due to the Disney take over, Production became understaffed and all chances for upward growth was frozen. Underpaid for the amount of work because of this. If our parent company hadn't put us in a choke hold we could have been in a much better position but now it's closing down and all 450+ family's are now out of work. Devastating.
