The animation department had lots of individuals who shared knowledge and encouraged each other. Bluesky was known as Pixar University.

Cons

A hand full of seniority stayed at the top, promoted friends and kept a bro culture. Lots of attrition after projects made Bluesky throw money at whomever to keep them and that kept some people in who weren’t good for the studio’s longevity.
