Decent pay, good time flexibility, great relationship with the staff. A solid experience while I worked with them.

Cons

Does not have a very large room for growth since the staff jobs are really limited and must of them have been staff for a really long time.

Minimum wage or just above. Sometimes too much freedom or not enough direction, other times you do one thing and repeat it 5000 times
