you can accept/deny shifts you would like, as you please, no questions asked you can work in different departments if you choose to make a career move

Cons

inconsistent schedule peak seasons of work then times of year when there is no work short staffed most of the time leading to a tremendous decrease in quality of service staff discriminates among each other people play favorites
