Benefits, salary and great colleagues. Good systems and great past. Unfortunately everything has changed with the new CEO and with the McKinsey project to cut costs.

Cons

Nepotism, politics, short term focus. Lack of clear strategy. Constant restructuring. Fear to speak up. Constant cost cutting. Lack of long term perspective.

Cons

Worst company to work for. Incompetent management promotes the worst since fears competition. Culture ot terror, betrayal and bullying. Promotions are given to the least competent. Culture of back stabbing.
