The overall compensation package was great and the people lovely

Cons

Change in leadership lead to massive changes to the organisation which in my opinion weren't great. Including pulling people back into the office 50% of the time no matter if you work with anyone in your office or not

Bullying and favoritism is rife within this site. The worst treatment of employees I have ever seen. Constant insecurity, Low salary for Switzerland. Constant threats from management. No communication. Exclusion is the way of the company, blame environment, new ideas are not welcomed here, money focused company, you are expected to do the workload of 3 people at minimum, high staff turnover, no communication, serious corner cutting going on here in the industry of GMP. Chance of death at work is high because employee health & safety is not important.
