      Fair pay, ample time off, great benefits

      Cons

      Could do much better with employee development. It’s harder to get promoted internally than it is to get hired initially. There is a management development program, but almost everyone goes through it, but then only a handful of opportunities are ever available. Overall Company Culture over the past three years has not been great, but most of the front line managers are working hard to improve their team’s culture.

      cant get out of their own way

      hard working people, beautiful campus, nice perks/benefits

      Cons

      If you look around, the company is littered with people far more concerned with their career advancement than doing whats best for the company. There is a tense culture. Too much politics and posturing. People seem more concerned with appearing busy and important than actually improving the company. Strange left wing policies at times that they throw in your face -- clearly makes half the employees uncomfortable and is a strange practice.
