Good ceo, great benefits. Great mission of company that the teams easily rally around. Great location to be part of in the Cambridge biotech and technology area.

Cons

IT leadership does not know the industry and is turning IT into a process shop. Lack of innovation and culture of collaboration in IT.

Great company. Great benefits with 401K match, PTO, Sabbatical, stock options. Great co-workers. Great work environment.

Cons

Too numbers driven. Expect change - a lot. Flexibility is a must. Keep your expectations low. Relationship building with patients is non-existant it doesn't matter that they are the bottom line of BIIB's existance.
