Excellent company to work at. Job autonomy for the employees (at least in my role). Benefits are amazing.

Cons

Current financial situation is not optimum. No pipeline for the next years. Budget restrictions. Lack of professional development opportunities if you are not willing to relocate to Switzerland.

I love working at Biogen because I feel appreciated as human and employee. There is lots of opportunities to contribute and shape our place of work and the inclusive environment is something I would no longer want to miss at any future workplace.
