Employees are generally driven, fun and all focused on a common goal. Work is fun and challenging.

Cons

Zero vision from leadership in company. Changes made quickly and then detracted, causes the rest of the company to wonder if they are flipping coins based on latest financials.

Pros

Like anywhere you had some people who were really good to work with, the pay was good and the management was really good about being fair and treated you like a person.

Cons

The only con that I have is that at times my workload would take a good chunk of my personal time away. Let's be honest - who wants that?!

Good benefits, fair salary, friendly atmosphere, very skilled people working withn this company.

Cons

Overall a good place to work but I would agree with the earlier comments about the work/ life balance. If you expect to excel you will be working in excess of 45-50 hours per week with limited time for vacation. Especially true in the engineering groups. The situation is so bad that employees were told by the director to refrain from vacation during a 4 month long shutdown. Other cons are minimal but there has been a shift in morale over the past couple of years due to certain key management individuals and promotions.
