- Nice pay & benefit - Talented people - Balanced work-life - New instruments and provides training to use them.

Cons

- Narrow pipeline and limited field. - Not very stable, the investors controlled the board and seeking higher profit. A restructuring was happened recently.

Cons

As usual some internal politics, need to have right connections to grow. Sometimes pace of work is slow and things get delayed due to unnecessary reasons.
