Very good product pipeline with good vision of where the company is headed. Benefits are excellent. Company does a good job of soliciting and acting on employee feed back.

Cons

Strategy for augmenting pipeline seems to be moving in the direction of acquisition and collaboration instead of internally developed. Not a bad strategy but keeps employees in the dark about future pipeline and what role current employees will play in the development cycle
