Good company overall but inexperienced middle level manager

Good products, good people, good compensation and benefits. Sr management is great.

Cons

There are a lot of inexperienced middle level managers (AD and Directors) in Accounting. If you land in a good department with talented managers, you will love this company. However, you will likely land in a department with managers with manipulations and lack of empathy. They like to take credit for everything they did not do.
