Pros

Great people, challenging, rewarding helping patients. Spoiled with pay, benefits, and leave policies. Very green company. Hire the best of the best so great mentors exist.

Cons

The pace can be challenging. Lots of outsourcing and consulting then budgets run out, then the same things need to get done without the consultants.
