Interns were treated well by full-time employees and given challenging work.

Cons

None as an intern. Some of the full-time lower level scientists complained about lack of opportunities for advancement but that seems to be common in biotech if you don't have a Ph.D.

Excellent benefits, flexible work arrangements, good vacation/sick time policy, random perks, updated office technology, good culture, good cafs on-site, room for growth.

Cons

No one can figure out how they want the place to be run...therefore, there are restructures/re-orgs/position-shifting at least every few months. No one's job is ever safe.
