      Pros

      People love to work there and people are very friendly. The mission of the company and the disease populations they serve are admirable. Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Many in Medical department are very paranoid and the only constant thing at Biogen is change. Work/ life balance can sometimes not be so balanced, but the reward is nice.
