      Pros

      Good recognition of talent and hard working individuals, those who put forth effort are rewarded. Great perks include a very affordable and high quality cafeteria, free seminars, recognition programs, and team building activities. Great team, tight knit work family. Room for growth, vertical and horizontal climbing opportunities, supervisors and managers genuinely care about the development of workers. Annual bonus, long term stock incentives, great 401K and medical/vision/dental insurance, employee discounts, shift differentials.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not the greatest for 10-12 hour shift workers, especially for night shift, but that's what the shift differential is for. Seems like department and/or company wide reorganizations take place too often (almost quarterly).
