Flexible with time, good amount of vacation days, good 401k, tuition reimbursement, nice campus, good location, proper SOPs, newer facilities

Cons

A few of the downsides were management, professionalism, lack of acknowledgement, but overall good company to work for

Tremendous amount of turnover, especially of middle/senior management. Makes for a very uneasy and toxic work environment.
