      - Fantastic benefits - Great, hard working peers - Gym

      Cons

      - Priorities and expectations change daily making it difficult to achieve goals that were implemented six months prior. - NO TRANSPARENCY! you go to work every day without knowing why you're doing the things you do (besides helping the patient). - Morale is at an all time low, instead of listening to the employee silly programs are created. - Your success or failure is based on your direct manager.

      Pros

      Great Company policies , culture is fine. Company pays well , have policies like BYOD and Work from home . Incentives /Bonus is good.

      Cons

      Small Company , Flat Structure.Some departments are too arrogant, hence team work becomes a problem and hence could put you off. Decision making is slow as too many people want to be a part of every review and decision.
