The people, facilities, and passion to help others is ingrained in the culture. Care Deeply. Work Fearlessly. Change Lives. The company motto says it all. The best place I've ever worked and probably ever will.

Cons

Cambridge traffic is painful. However, Biogen offers a luxury bus line with coffee and wifi to 6 of the major arteries outside of Boston. Great advantage to working at Biogen.

Pros

Clear mission, vision, and values. This company cares about patients and cares about employees. They have great benefits and excellent tuition reimbursement. Easily accessible location. For those that live further away there are wifi equipped coach buses that you can ride to work.

Cons

There are no real cons. I suppose one con might be that MA employees are split between 2 campuses. The majority are in Cambridge with a small percentage in Weston. It is a bit disconnected.
