Great salary range with progressive increases based on performance. An exceptional mentoring program and hiring program, especially for veterans transitioning from service.

Cons

There is limited opportunities to select a territory or shape the options of which drug therapy you will be assigned.

unprofessional, my work was swiped by long term employees, I was bullied at my desk by peers who were employees in addition to being picked on and made fun of for eating salad at lunch and running after work. Most higher level HR have long commutes and have tenure to pick choose and bully up when then feel an urge. They back up other long term employees that keep them employed. It blue shirt black market old school.
