Biogen is a great company when it comes to the benefit. flexible work schedule, great commute benefit, holiday shutdown. There are lots of activities going on associated with the pipelines in the late stage development. It is a very dynamic company that is wiling to make swift changes to adjust the situation.

Cons

the organization structures change frequently so is the expectation from the management team. Be ready to make changes and willing to step out of the comfort zone. If you want a "steady" job, you might not be a good fit.
