Good Place to Work- Enormous Growth

Pros

Great science and pipeline. Lots of opportunity to move across the organization and gain experience. Solid Executive leadership team. Stable and cash rich.

Cons

Work life balance is often compromised. Long hours and 24/7 culture. Taking time off is an act of courage at times. Not nimble anymore, lots of layers and pockets of big Pharma shark culture.

Pros

Great benefits, excellent health care. Great maternity leave - 12 weeks 100% paid. Average time off. ESPP is open to all employees. 401 k contributions are great.

Cons

Terrible leadership and management. If you do not have a Ph.D there is no respect. You are treated as a technician in a manufacturing plant. There is no learning, no growth, you are pigeonholed.
