Great benefits and salary and culture. Does good things for people with MS and Alzheimer's. Lots of training.

Cons

Laid off 50 assistants in October 21 as they don't value admins at all.

Great company. Great benefits with 401K match, PTO, Sabbatical, stock options. Great co-workers. Great work environment.

Cons

Too numbers driven. Expect change - a lot. Flexibility is a must. Keep your expectations low. Relationship building with patients is non-existant it doesn't matter that they are the bottom line of BIIB's existance.
