      Pros

      I love how Biogen (genuinely or ingenuously) makes sure you have enough time to be there for family as needed. They have a system that works very well for taking PTO. They also have great benefits and offer lots of opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Lots of lay offs in recent years. Questioning the sustainability. Also, the way they reward their employees has changed ALOT! Anyone who has been there for 5 years or more (even pre-COVID) can see the change in how patient services went from an esteemed department to basically a call center.
