      Pros

      Some of the smartest scientists in the business. Interesting opportunities still exist in some spaces.

      Cons

      Uncaring and incompetent executive team. Dishonest and shady HR. Been under constant threat of layoffs for almost 2 years.

      Good place to work but lots of change in leadership

      The culture is great. People are engaging and very invested in the science.

      Over the last 3 years the leadership has changed and there doesn't seem to be a clear direction or strategy.
