Nice, hardworking and smart people. Work with patients in mind

Cons

Too many processes and they are always changing and being updated. The company is bleeding talent. So many people have left. The morale is low. I had heard they may cancel the Globoforce program due to costs. That will bring down morale even more. They need to work harder to keep people

Good benefits; good comp; great co-workers who truly believe in doing the right things and working on solutions together but don't feel empowered by leadership; flexible schedule & opportunity to work from home in most areas; summer hours (1/2 day Friday); commuter benefits;

Cons

Promotion is rare; weak leadership - constantly shifting priorities, unclear governance that leads to 11th hour changes and constant revisiting of decisions; politics at upper management levels; culture has changed in recent years to make you feel more like a number and less of an individual - may be result of influx of Big Pharma executives;
