      Current workload feels a bit heavy. Some processes still need streamlining. But surely improvements seem to be happening.

      Great people and perks- constant change

      Pros

      The people working at Biogen are the best. Their passion for their work and caring for each other really shines through. Biogen provides lots of resources for self-improvement and continues to provide a welcoming DEI atmosphere.

      Cons

      Constant change. Literally. There have been two major re-orgs and a minor one in the past two years.
