Great benefits and really good HR. HR works for the employee here.

Cons

Smaller teams are a “black box”. The upper management rarely knows what is happening. A team lead/manager can cause a lot is havoc and the senior management won’t realize till the end.

Benefits. That's about all I can think of unfortunately. Since Aducanumab was lost the culture is very tense. People are worried about their jobs and looking out for themselves.

Cons

Culture. personalities. managers. It's a truly toxic environment. I have had multiple (more than five) managers in two years which is the norm here.

Checks all the benefits boxes. People you work with tend to be better than most. Recently renovated lab facilities make research less soul crushing.

Cons

Upper management is a revolving door. Once new "leadership" comes in and institutes their "vision", they're gone before their changes have even been fully realized. C-level and EVPs pay more attention to stock price than the people who work here. Estimated median life expectancy for VPs and above: 2.6 years.
