My coworkers were helpful and wonderful. They wanted to teach me new skills for my career and empower me with projects.

Cons

Upper Management (Associate Director) pushed for unrealistic deadlines and too many projects without the proper support/headcount, or additional compensation. Compensation was low for workload and raises/promotions were not given when earned and were low when they were given.
