      Pros

      Good benefits. Good pay for a call center, but they are starting to pile the work on and expectations are absurd.

      Cons

      Biogen started out as a good company. They have been slowly taking away opportunities for advancement and perks of the company for patients services for years. The environment became oppressive and plenty of people suffered from mental health stress and burn out. A lot of the benefits that you get, like vacation, you can't even use. They survey every year and commit to changing for the better and every year gets worse!

      Pros

      Pay is very good for the type of work you do. Benefits package is also very good. Some very talented and good people work at the company. Very interesting environment with great diversity of workers.

      Cons

      Company is becoming transitioning from a good biotechnology company to just another big drug company. Very strict environment with minimal care about the lower scale workers. Morale has become a problem within the company. Not really a patient focused company.

      Pros

      They have a super competitive benefits package, consistent community involvement, some great employees who have a heart and mind for patients.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership in commercial operations/patient services, confusing and hypocritical messaging, ill-timed tactical decision-making which is incongruent with long-term strategy, lack of diversity in thought process and decision-making.
