Great medical, dental, vision, etc. Company 401k match is 6%. 4 week sabbatical after 6 years of service.

Cons

Lots of changes over the last 6 months. Massive layoffs have led to the dissolution of certain functions and former initiatives. This has left huge gaps in the work we do without the people or resources to get this work done.

Generally, in Med Affairs, attracts good people, who are competent, who genuinely cares about patients and are collaborative.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with employees. They are unable to a clear direction for the company. Company seems to be continually in flux and unstable.
