They often prioritize their self-interest over the well-being of the company or its employees, frequently resorting to dishonesty and manipulation when it suits them. Unresolved Issues: Numerous internal issues and concerns go unaddressed because senior management will not support addressing accountability head-on. This leads to a "hands off" culture.
