      Technically Challenging Great co workers.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership did not care about the workers only their own personal career advancement and EOY bonus. The new and recent Senior Management has destroyed the culture that was built over the years.

      Recent company re-organization has resulted in increased workloads. Process changes resulting in delays, increased cost and rework.
