Great benefits. smart people. Fast-paced environment. Interesting product line. Respected company looks good on your resume.

Cons

They lay hundreds of people off around every five years or so. Commute into Kendall Square is very challenging.

Pros

The culture was very encouraging and supportive. Everyone was very helpful and kept the main goal of patient care at the focus.

Cons

I don't think they handled the layoff very well. There could have been more notice or more private rooms for which they performed the layoff.

Pros

Great benefits and work life balance. Company encourages professional development but doesn't necessarily follow through. Research driven to a fault and at the expense of their licensed brands.

Cons

Poor middle management that don't treat their staff to the high level the company espouses. I was relocated to Boston and let go in just under 2 years so definitely don't expect any loyalty!
