      Middle management is a joke. Unless you work for a VP, you are treated like a 2nd grader working for a bunch of 5th grade bullies, all with a lower IQ than you! You will literally be doing their work because they don’t know how and if you make a mistake guess who gets blamed?!?? Even the EAs treat you like second-class citizens. The only focus is on pushing their new drug and hours of required trainings that apparently only the “bottom of the barrel” need to adhere to! Very degrading and devaluing experience.
