Pros

Good benefits and work life balance. A pool of amazing group of scientists.

Cons

Increase in bureaucratic culture since 2023. Team spirit and knowledge sharing have diminished in the work culture. Very poor transparency from executive leadership. Their actions show that they are more interested on promoting management and marketing teams than supporting development scientists.

Distrust and Deception

Pros

There is a cafeteria onsite.

Cons

Self-Preservation Over Integrity: What's truly disheartening is the extent to which senior management will go to protect their own positions. They often prioritize their self-interest over the well-being of the company or its employees, frequently resorting to dishonesty and manipulation when it suits them. Unresolved Issues: Numerous internal issues and concerns go unaddressed because senior management will not support addressing accountability head-on. This leads to a "hands off" culture. Difficult to motivate high performers when low performers have no accountability.
