Cons
Slow growth due to tenure; subject matter expertise pigeon holes you vs. opens you up to promotion, promotion based on who will not rock the boat vs. innovation; disconnect between market access and patient services; takes a long time to get things done; PRC/Compliance not aligned across brands, which impacts ability to innovate and act swiftly. Legal is pulled in many directions; longevity of products on market makes it difficult to change customer preference to technology vs. phone and fax. Lots of responsibility for leads but not reflected in title or pay in comparison to field and headquarters. Good work is rewarded with more work.
