Pros
They have great benefits. Good starting pay, summer Fridays off of work, stock in the company that vests each year, a two week company-wide shutdown in December, bonuses each year, and wellness days to use on top of PTO. I LOVE the team I work with.
Cons
We recently went through a RIF/series of layoffs. They're mostly over, but our CEO isn't great at communicating a consistent vision. One day they say we are not doing well on money and so the bonus multiuplier was cut, but then we aquired 2 companies in the past year. It's a bit of a hot mess currently.
