Pros
Amazing people, everyone is very hard working and smart. I have always been encouraged to speak to both upper level management and to those at my level if i have an issue or question. People are very open to answering questions and you are able to learn much in a very short amount of time.
Cons
There is a high volume workload and you should be organized. Managers want you to be upfront and honest about how much work you can handel, so be aware of this.
