Nice salary, health insurance, end of year gifts

Cons

Intimidation, bullying if you don't get along with the GM, can be fired on a whim so no job security, women not welcomed unless in the background, use of derogatory language, shouting by senior management/ GM, unprofessional behavior, careless spending and portrayal of the company by those in authority, blatant misuse of authority to keep employees in line
